How to do a Simple Smokey Eye Look
Something a little grunge for day to day wear, you will need:
- Eye primer
- Black pencil eyeliner
- Black liquid eyeliner
- White or lighter eyeshadow of your choice
- Black eyeshadow
- Mascara
optional: Foundation or/ a medium colour such as grey or a dark version of your light colour
- Apply the eye primer all over the lid
- Dab black eyeshadow over your lid using an eyeshadow brush
- Blend outwards with a softer powder brush. Gradually apply more if you want it bigger and darker.
3.5- For a softer blend, you can start with a grey eye shadow and then apply black over the top
- Add a little below the eye and repeat.
- Using a black eyeliner pencil (preferably a smudge/smoky style), apply underneath the eye and across the top lid
- Blend outwards using a small but firmer eyeshadow brush
- You can finish off with using black liquid eyeliner around the edge and a little mascara
- Add a little bit of highlighter to your Brow bone for contrast
