There’s something about listening to rock music that stirs the soul. Take this stonking five track debut by Analog Amara. You almost certainly won’t know the name but their music connects instantly with you. It’s written well, taking from the best of influences but is highly original. Think Paramore melody with Evanescence vocal punch (Fallen era). The music flows in waves, it has phenomenal balance, simply put it kicks ass. Importantly this isn’t just writing A, B ,C, there’s some really clever stuff going on too, particularly with the arrangements. This makes you think your listening to an act that’s been playing for a couple of decades rather than a relatively new one – the band formed in 2022. This is a band made for the festival season, so look out for them on line ups, they’re a shoe in. In the mean time give ‘Slowly Falling Apart’ a spin. It won’t disappoint.
