Empty Woods – the brand new single from Telford based metal quintet Recall the Remains. Set for release on 12th April 2023 coming just 6 weeks after ‘Fairfield’ the 5 piece are back again with this hard hitting, riff laced head mover with a dark and powerful message.
Empty Woods is born of our darkest thoughts and feelings that pull us towards suffering, imploring us to find an end to it all. How real it is that the blackness can begin to take over, eventually providing solace in a terrifying yet familiar embrace. The Empty Woods are the affectionate demon we all choose to ignore and even befriend, but which keeps us from seeing reality and the true light within our own lives.
Empty Woods was recorded, mixed and mastered at Monochrome Productions by Tom Gittins. The artwork was created by Pedley Art and the music video for Empty Woods was shot, edited and directed by Jay Hillyer.
