There’s no doubt Blackberry Smoke have always had that ability to get you right in the feels with their warm southern rock. This latest album continues the good work already done with a set of songs that builds and broadens without ever losing sight of what makes this band so special. Charlie Starr has a voice that oozes charisma while the rest of the band sound totally at ease. Being able to transfer that laid back vibe to record makes ‘Be Right Here’ something that will no doubt become a soundtrack to many fans summers. Classic rock, popular though it is, has plenty of acts that just don’t measure up, not so here though. Blackberry Smoke prove once again that they are a class apart when it comes to writing and recording timeless music.
