Today alternative artist RØRY, on her 40th birthday, has announced the release of her debut album RESTORATION, due 31st January 2025 via SADCØRE Records. In celebration of the news, she’s also shared new single ‘SORRY I’M LATE’ and details of her biggest headline tour to date.

On the announcement of her upcoming album, RØRY comments:
“I’m always fucking late… so of course, I’m dropping my debut album when I’m 40. My excuse? I can’t exactly say my train was cancelled or that I was sick. Only, I was sick. For a long time. Sick with grief, pain, addiction—and eventually sick of my own bullshit. But I’m better now. Sobriety, therapy, a family. I never saw any of that coming… RESTORATION is my testimony of how I turned my shit show of a life around. It feels like the first hopeful record I’ve ever written. I want people who hate themselves, and who are struggling with drinking and relationships to understand that someone can come at any moment and save them. And that person is themselves.”

A couple of weeks ago RØRY shared details of her biggest headline UK tour to date. The string of eight dates will see her gear up to take the stage at iconic venues across the UK, including London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town. With her fearless energy and deeply personal lyrics, this tour promises to be a defining moment for both her and her fans, cementing her place as an icon in the alternative music scene.

Before that though, RØRY will also be headlining the sold-out War Child’s Day of the Girl show at London’s legendary 100 Club on 8th October.
