Turn Cold – 2022 EP – Turn Cold

Self-Released

Turn Cold? Wish it would mate. We’ve had some serious weather over here. Anyhoo, let’s move on from the UK’s melting conditions to these thrashers from Atlanta, Georgia’s face melting riffs. In the space of just three tracks we have some of the hardest of hardcore underpinned by rattling basslines that rattle cages and jaw bones. And a hint of doom is definitely detected. There is screaming. Lots of screaming  – emerging over the top of unapologetic heaviness. Guitars go fast, guitars go slow. The EP is a bit like a rollercoaster in its up and downy acceleration. And the way each track builds to a massive thrashy thrill. Best not eat before you go anywhere near it either. And definitely make sure you strap in and brace yourself.
