Beth Blade And The Beautiful Disasters

Mythos, Confession, Tragedies And Love – Beautiful Disasters Records

This band should make an album a month. Minimum. Their heartfelt lyrics set against rock n roll that rides through all the tempos (from ballad to balls out) reaches the parts nothing but music can reach. The title ‘Mythos, Confession, Tragedies And Love’ covers the basics, but this record (the band’s third) is much more than that. Beth Blade appears to have seen into the souls of many of us, and subsequently offers solace and support across the thirteen songs. ‘Who you are has come this far’ (‘Who You Are’) is just one of the many lines that show how such simple words and gentle rhymes can make a massive impact. Just like this album will do. Across the board it’s bold, big riffing, brassy and sassy. It’s a record written from experience of love and life, and sung with hope and a whole lot of heart. Beth Blade And The Beautiful Disasters have get your back and will never let you down.
