A message from the team at Reading Rising:
Our aim has always been threefold; to welcome touring bands to Reading; showcase up-and-coming artists and give local talent an opportunity to play.
2026 is our biggest year yet: our two headliners are a bucket-list band and one we showcased at their very beginnings who now tour regularly nationally and internationally.
Celebrating their 30th anniversary this year, InMe have been on our wish list right from the start, so we are stoked to host them as our Saturday headliners.
Headlining the Sunday are Lastelle, who played our very first event back in 2018. Their growth has been phenomenal; this year they have graced the stage at 2000Trees and head out on a European tour after Reading Rising.
This year’s collaboration with Down For Life Music brings Cabin Boy Jumped Ship to Reading for their first time, as well as bringing RXPTRS back after they had the crowd eating out of their hands back in 2019.
Also playing are Asleep At The Helm, High Regard, Shoot To Kill (their last show before they go on hiatus) Seething Akira, Kite Thief, InAir, Re:O, One Last Day and Bear Trap.
